- Log in to your Bark account.

On the new UI, tap Account.
On the classic UI, tap the top right dropdown menu (computer) or the ≡ More menu (mobile). - Scroll down to Cancel my account. You'll have access to Bark until the end of your paid subscription period.
What happens to my data? When you lose access to your account, Bark deletes your payment info. After 30 days, all other data is purged. If you want it gone sooner, just ask.
I don't see a cancel button
If you can’t find the cancel button, a different message will provide instructions on where to go to modify your subscription.
For instance:
- Apple in-app subscriptions have to be updated via Apple Subscriptions.
- If you signed up through one of our affiliates, you may have to reach out to them directly to make changes to your plan.
Do I need to return my Bark Phone or Bark Home?
It depends!
If you're leasing a Bark Phone or a Bark Home, you'll get a return shipping label automatically emailed to you after you've canceled and reached the end of your paid subscription period.
If you own the Bark Phone or Bark Home, no return will be necessary. You can also reach out to us to get Bark removed from the phone. This will allow you to use it as a regular Samsung phone.
