We know your needs can change over time. Here's how to manage your Bark Phone or Bark Watch plan while keeping your Bark Premium subscription.
Log in to your Bark account.
Tap Account.
Scroll down to Mobile Plans and tap Manage device.
From here, you can:
Change your child's data plan
Transfer a phone number
Request a replacement device
Cancel service for a specific Bark Phone or Bark Watch
If you previously canceled a Phone or Watch line but kept your Bark account, you should see a Deactivated Devices section below Mobile Plans.
Tap Reactivate to restore service. If you're within 90 days of canceling, you'll keep your current phone number. After 90 days, reactivation is still possible but you'll likely get a new number.
Tap Unlock to remove Bark software, factory reset the device, and use it as a regular Samsung phone. This is hard to undo without contacting support, so only do this if you're sure you no longer want to use it as a Bark Phone.
