We understand that your needs may change! Here's a guide on how to manage your Bark Phone or Bark Watch plan while keeping your Bark Premium subscription:
Log in to your Bark account.
Tap
Account.
Scroll down to Mobile Plans and tap on Manage device:
Here you can change your kid's data plan, view data/call/text usage logs, transfer a number, get a replacement, or cancel service to a specific Bark Phone or Bark Watch you own.
If you previously canceled the service for a Bark Phone or Watch but kept your Bark account, you may see a Deactivated Devices section below. If your device is listed there, tap Reactivate to restore service.
