Watch that is lost or stolen
We're so sorry to hear that your kid lost their Bark Watch! Here's what you can do in those situations:
Try using Bark to find the watch's last detected location.
If you're concerned someone stole it, you can also pause the device to remotely lock it down.
If you're still having no luck, you can get a replacement directly from Bark or if you have an AKKO device protection plan, get a replacement by submitting a claim. This automatically transfers your kid's existing watch number to the replacement watch when you receive it and set it up.
Start a return
First, determine where you ordered the Bark Watch — either from bark.us or from amazon.com. Look for your order confirmation email to tell. You can also check if it's listed in your Bark orders or your Amazon Orders to determine where you ordered it originally.

Return to Bark
We offer a 60-day, money-back guarantee for the Bark Watch device (monthly wireless plan payments are not refundable). Simply cancel your Bark Watch service and request to send it back if you're not happy and you won't be on the hook for any more payments. You may, however, be liable for any damage that the watch incurred while in use.
If you're outside of the return period, you can still cancel your Bark Watch service at any time. You'll need to pay off any remaining balance on the Bark Watch, but the device is yours to keep. Your Bark Watch will remain fully functional until the end of your billing period, after which all apps on the Bark Watch will be grayed out.
