Bark Home device Bark Home

The Bark Home is a device that you plug into your router. It allows you to filter the web and manage screen time on any device connected to your home Wi-Fi network (not just iOS, Android, or Chromebook devices).

After you purchase it or lease it, you can set it up under your existing Bark account.

Here's how it works:

  1. In your Account Settings, scroll down to Family Wireless and tap Learn more.
    ​

  2. Pick a data plan.
    ​

  3. Check if your device supports an eSIM (aka a digital SIM card downloaded via QR code):
    ​

    1. Open your phone app and dial *#06# .
      ​

    2. If an EID number appears alongside the IMEI, the device supports eSIM and is compatible. If only IMEI and SN appear (no EID), the device is not compatible.
      ​

  4. Scan the Bark Wireless QR code to download your eSIM and optionally port your number.
    ​

  5. Repeat for any other phone lines you'd like to add. You'll then see them listed under Mobile Plans in your account settings.

¹ Bark will still monitor and track your kid's Bark Phone (even if they're not connected to Wi-Fi) by using our wireless cell service.
² After exceeding 35GB/month of data use, data speeds will be reduced for the remainder of the monthly billing cycle. After exceeding 50GB/month of data usage, data speeds may be reduced further and/or data connection may be turned off for the remainder of the monthly billing cycle.

Wireless plans do not support generating hotspots.
