The Bark Phone and Watch come with unlimited talk and text plus a data plan you can choose based on your family's needs. You can check wireless service reports, including past data usage, in your account settings.
If your child reaches their data limit, speeds will slow down but you'll never be charged extra for going over. Data that Bark uses to monitor your child's device and update their location does not count toward the limit. You can upgrade your data plan anytime for more high-speed data, or wait for it to reset on the first of the month.
Review service usage
Open up your Bark parent app / dashboard.
Tap
Account.
Scroll down to Mobile Plans.
Tap Manage device to view more options:
Call/text logs — Download a report with dates, times, and numbers for incoming and outgoing calls and texts.
Change plan — Upgrade or downgrade your child's data plan.
Historical data usage — View data usage from past months. Data resets on the 1st of each month.
