Bark Watch is unresponsive

What to do if it won't respond to touches or button presses.

If your Bark Watch is unresponsive, frozen, or won't power on, follow the steps below.

  1. Ensure the watch is securely connected to its charger.

  2. Press and hold the top side button for about 20 seconds. You can release once the screen goes black as the device restarts.

  3. After releasing the button, wait about a minute to see if the watch powers back on. If successful, the device will reboot and function normally.


If the above does not resolve the issue, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clean the charging contacts
    Use a microfiber cloth to gently clean the charging contacts on both the Watch and the charger.

  2. Check charger alignment
    Ensure the charger snaps into place and all pins are properly aligned.

  3. Inspect for damage
    Look for visible damage on the charging port, watch, or charger.

  4. Test power sources
    Try using a different charging cable, power adapter, or wall outlet to rule out issues with the power source.
