If your Bark Watch is frozen, unresponsive, or will not power on, a restart usually fixes it. The restart differs by model, so follow the steps for the watch you have.

If the battery may be dead, set the watch on the charger for a few minutes first.
Force restart the watch. Press and hold the Home button and the Back button at the same time until the watch restarts, about 7 to 15 seconds. Let go when the screen goes dark.
Wait about a minute to see if it powers back on.
If it still will not respond:
Clean the back of the watch and the charging puck with a soft, dry cloth.
Make sure the watch sits flat and centered on the puck.
Look for visible damage on the watch or the charger.
Try a different wall adapter or outlet. The Samsung model has no included adapter, so use one you own.
⌚️ If the watch shows only a clock and will not do anything else, it may be in Watch Only mode from a low battery, not frozen. Charge it and it will return to normal.

Ensure the watch is securely connected to its charger.
Press and hold the top side button for about 20 seconds. You can release once the screen goes black as the device restarts.
After releasing the button, wait about a minute to see if the watch powers back on. If successful, the device will reboot and function normally.
If the above does not resolve the issue, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Clean the charging contacts
Use a microfiber cloth to gently clean the charging contacts on both the Watch and the charger.
Check charger alignment
Ensure the charger snaps into place and all pins are properly aligned.
Inspect for damage
Look for visible damage on the charging port, watch, or charger.
Test power sources
Try using a different charging cable, power adapter, or wall outlet to rule out issues with the power source.
