Watch damaged by accident
When accidents happen (e.g. cracked screen), you can get a replacement at $169 for a brand new watch. This automatically transfers your kid's existing watch number to the replacement watch when you receive it and set it up.
Watch damaged upon receipt
If your Bark Watch arrives damaged, please contact the original retailer.
If the original retailer is Bark, please contact us with the details as soon as possible from the date of delivery. We may request you provide proof of purchase. Once we’ve investigated the issue, we will provide you with a free shipping label and additional instructions for the return in accordance with our terms.
Watch that is defective
Schok provides a 12-month limited warranty for the Bark Watch. If your Bark Watch fails to power on or has some other hardware defect, please contact Schok's customer service at 1-888-48-SCHOK or at support@schokgear.com. You may be asked to provide the following information:
- Product: ChronoVolt SmartWatch
- Model: CV16
- Place and date of purchase
- IMEI (found in Settings under About Watch or on the bottom of the box)
- Serial number (found in Settings under About Watch or on the bottom of the box)
Watch that is lost or stolen
We're so sorry to hear that your kid lost their Bark Watch! Here's what you can do in those situations:
- Try using Bark to find the watch's last detected location.
- If you're concerned someone stole it, you can also pause the device to remotely lock it down.
- If you're still having no luck, you can get a replacement at $169 for a brand new watch. This automatically transfers your kid's existing watch number to the replacement watch when you receive it and set it up.

First, determine where you ordered the Bark Watch — either from bark.us or from amazon.com. Look for your order confirmation email to tell. You can also check if it's listed in your Bark orders or your Amazon Orders to determine where you ordered it originally.

Bark offers a 60 day satisfaction guarantee for the Bark Watch.
- If you're within 60 days of the original purchase and are not satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your Bark Watch service and request a shipping label for the return. When we process returns, we assess them for damage, which may result in additional charges.
- If you're outside of that time frame and are not satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your Bark Watch service, and you'll continue to have access to all features until the end of your paid billing period. At the end of your paid billing period, the Bark Watch will get all apps grayed out and the talk/text service will be deactivated.

Damage explanations
No damage | Watch is in good condition. If the watch was returned within the 60 day satisfaction period, you will receive a full refund of the original purchase price. |
Repairable damage | Watch has minor cosmetic damage and requires buff and polish or replacement of parts (e.g., scratched/cracked screen or plastic). If the watch was returned within the 60 day satisfaction period, you will receive a 50% refund of the original purchase price. |
Non-repairable damage or unreturned | Watch is beyond repair (e.g., liquid damage, bent frame, internal crack) or was not sent back. You will not receive a refund of the original purchase price. |
