How do I upgrade my kid's Bark Phone?

The Bark Phone is a specially designed Samsung A-Series phone that gets periodically upgraded to a newer Samsung model.

1. To check your child's Bark Phone model: 
   • Open the Settings app on their phone.
   • Scroll down to About Phone and find the model.
2. Here is the latest model of the Bark Phone.
3. If your kid has an older model and wants an upgrade, you can order a replacement.
