Learning your Bark Phone model is easy. Here are two ways to find it:
Through the Settings app
On your kid's Bark Phone, go to the Settings app. Scroll down and tap on "About Phone" to find the Samsung model.Look at the back of the phone
Remove the phone's case. Compare its appearance to the images below:
Don't have a Bark Phone yet?
When you order a Bark Phone, you'll receive the latest model (currently the A16). If you opt for the Bark Phone Pro, you'll get the A37.
The same applies to replacements -- you'll always receive the latest version of whichever model you choose. So whether you're replacing a standard Bark Phone or upgrading to the Pro for an additional cost, you'll always get the most current model.
