What do the lights mean?

These white lights can tell us important things about the state of your Bark Home.

  ⚪     🔘    Connecting

(First light is solid and the second light is off)

  1. Wait a few minutes for the Bark Home to connect to the internet.
  2. Once connected, the lights should change.
  3. If the lights stay in this "Connecting" state for a long time, turn off the Bark Home by unplugging it from all ports and waiting a few seconds. Then, plug it back in and wait a few minutes.
  4. If it's still staying in this state for a long time, reach out to us for assistance.

>⚪<   🔘    Updating

(First light is flashing and second light is off)

  1. Give it some time to update. It should finish updating within a few minutes.
  2. If it's updating for a long time, reach out to us for assistance.
