What do the lights mean?

These green lights can tell us important things about the state of your Bark Home.

  1. Wait a few minutes for the Bark Home to connect to the internet.

  2. Once connected, the lights should change.

  3. If the lights stay in this "Connecting" state for a long time, turn off the Bark Home by unplugging it from all ports and waiting a few seconds. Then, plug it back in and wait a few minutes.

  4. If it's still staying in this state for a long time, reach out to us for assistance.

  1. Give it some time to update. It should finish updating within a few minutes.

  2. Check that your router is compatible with the Bark Home.

  4. If your router is incompatible, look into getting a router with Bark built-in.
