How do I manage my Bark Phone or Bark Watch plan?

We understand that your needs may change! Here's a guide on how to manage your Bark Phone or Bark Watch plan while keeping your Bark Premium subscription:

  1. Log in to your Bark account.
  2. Tapnew UI - account icon.png Account.
  3. Scroll down to Mobile Plans and tap on Manage service:
    an image with the title Mobile Plans at the top, a button for Manage service, and the list of options within that menu that include Historical usage, Change plan, Update E-911 address, Transfer number in to Bark, Tranfer number out of Bark, and Cancel service
  4. Here you can change your kid's data plan, view data/call/text usage logs, transfer a number, get a replacement, or cancel service to a specific Bark Phone or Bark Watch you own.
  5. If you previously canceled the service for a Bark Phone or Watch but kept your Bark account, you may see a Deactivated Devices section below. If your device is listed there, tap Reactivate to restore service.
