We understand that your needs may change! Here's a guide on how to manage your Bark Phone or Bark Watch plan while keeping your Bark Premium subscription:
- Log in to your Bark account.
- Tap
Account.
- Scroll down to Mobile Plans and tap on Manage service:
- Here you can change your kid's data plan, view data/call/text usage logs, transfer a number, get a replacement, or cancel service to a specific Bark Phone or Bark Watch you own.
- If you previously canceled the service for a Bark Phone or Watch but kept your Bark account, you may see a Deactivated Devices section below. If your device is listed there, tap Reactivate to restore service. Don’t see the section or your device? Contact us for help!
