How do I manage my Bark Phone or Bark Watch plan?

We understand that your needs may change! Here's a guide on how to manage your Bark Phone or Bark Watch plan while keeping your Bark Premium subscription:

1. Log in to your Bark account.
2. On the new UI, tap Account.
   On the classic UI, tap the top right dropdown menu (computer) or the ≡ More menu (mobile). 
3. Scroll down to Mobile Plans and tap on Manage service:
   
4. Here you can change your kid's data plan, view data/call/text usage logs, transfer a number, get a replacement, or cancel service to a specific Bark Phone or Bark Watch you own.
