You can upgrade your child’s Bark Phone by purchasing a replacement. This allows your child to move to the latest supported Samsung model while keeping their existing phone number.
How to check your child’s current Bark Phone model
Open the Settings app on the phone.
Tap About phone.
Compare the listed model with the latest model sold by Bark. If your child has an older model and would like a newer one, you can purchase a replacement Bark Phone.
