How to add device protection:
New orders placed on bark.us have the option to add on a protection plan with AKKO. If you'd like to add the protection plan retroactively, go to your account settings > Mobile Plans.
Plan pricing:
- $3/month for the Bark Watch
- $5/month for the Bark Phone
Coverage includes:
- Protection against accidental damage, like cracked screens, parts and battery failures, liquid or physical damage
- Loss and theft
- $29 replacement deductible for the Bark Watch
- $29 repair and $49 replacement deductible for the Bark Phone
How to file a claim:
- Click here to start a claim.
- Enter the phone number of your child's Bark Phone or Watch (the one covered by the protection plan).
- Look for an email from AKKO with your passcode.
