Can I buy a used Bark Phone or Watch?
We don’t recommend buying Bark Phones or Watches from third-party marketplaces. Once a phone or watch is linked to one account, it can’t be transferred to another. If you try to set up a used Bark Phone or Watch, it won’t work — the apps will be blocked, and you’ll see error messages.
Can I sell my Bark Phone or Watch to someone else?
We don’t recommend it. Here’s why:

The buyer won’t be able to use it as a Bark Phone or Bark Watch.

If it's the Bark Phone, you can ask Bark Support to convert it into a regular Samsung phone before selling, but again, it won't really act like a Bark Phone. It'll just be a regular Samsung phone.

If it’s not converted to a regular Samsung phone first, the phone won’t work properly — all apps will be blocked.
What if I already purchased a used Bark Phone or Watch?
If you've already purchased a used Bark device from someone else (through eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, or any third-party seller):
- Return the device to where it was obtained and request a refund.
- Order a new Bark Phone or Watch directly from Bark.us or our official Bark Amazon store.
