Turn on touch sensitivity on the Bark Watch (Samsung model)

Boost the screen's touch response so it works better with gloves or a screen protector.

The Samsung model has a setting that makes the touchscreen more responsive. It helps when the screen does not react well to a gloved finger or through a screen protector.

How to turn on touch sensitivity

  1. From the watch face, swipe up to open the Apps screen.
    ​

  2. Tap ⚙ Settings, then tap Display.
    ​

  3. Tap Touch sensitivity to turn it on.
    ​

  4. Alternatively, press the top button and then enable Touch Sensitivity.
    ​

If the screen still does not respond well

  • Make sure the screen and your child's hands are clean and dry. Water or damp skin can affect touch.
    ​

  • Very thick gloves may still not work, even with this setting on.
    ​

  • If the screen is scratched or cracked, touch may not work correctly.
    ​
