See daily activity on the Bark Watch (Samsung model)

A simple daily snapshot of how active your child has been.

Daily activity is the all-day summary in Samsung Health. Unlike a workout your child starts, it runs on its own in the background and adds up as they move through the day.

What daily activity tracks

  • Steps: the number of steps your child takes during the day. For step goals and detail, see Check your step count on the Bark Watch.

  • Active time: the total time your child spends moving, including light activity like walking or stretching.

  • Activity calories: the estimated calories burnt through activity during the day.

Each one shows a graph that fills in as your child gets closer to their goal.

How to see daily activity

  1. From the watch face, swipe up to open the Apps screen.

  2. Tap Samsung Health.

  3. Tap Daily activity. Swipe up or down to see more detail.

Set daily activity goals

Move reminders

The watch can nudge your child to get up and move after a stretch of sitting still. This reminder comes turned on, set for Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., after 50 minutes of no activity. You can change the days and times, or turn it off.

To turn it off:

  1. From the watch face, swipe up to open the Apps screen.

  2. Tap Samsung Health.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Settings.

  4. Tap Inactive time, then turn the switch off.
