Check your step count on the Bark Watch

The step counter lives in a different app on each model, and the Samsung model tracks more than steps.

Your child can check their step count on the watch itself. Follow the steps for the watch they wear, since the app is different on each model.

Samsung model

This model tracks steps in the Samsung Health app. To see your steps:

  1. From the watch face, swipe up to open the Apps screen.

  2. Tap Samsung Health.

  3. Tap Steps. Swipe up or down to see more detail.

  4. To set your own step goal, scroll down and tap Set target.

  5. As your child gets closer to their goal, the graph fills in. Experts often suggest around 10,000 steps a day for kids, but you can set any goal you want.

Here's how to access the step counter:

  1. Press the top side button of the watch.

  2. Swipe left to view all apps.

  3. Open the Fitness app.

The Fitness app uses a goal of about 10,000 steps, which experts often suggest for kids. When your child reaches it, the watch shows a celebration animation.
