If your Bark Watch won't charge or it won't turn on

Check the charging connection and clean the port first.

When you connect the Bark Watch to its charging cable, a charging battery icon should appear on the screen. If it doesn't, try the steps below.

Watch shows slow charging message

This could be caused by:

  • Dust or dirt on the charging port. Try cleaning it.

  • The magnetic pins being slightly out of place. Try repositioning the cable on the port.

  • Using a cable other than the one that came with the watch. Try the original cable.

  • The cable being plugged into a computer USB port or low-power device. Plug the charging brick directly into a wall outlet instead.

Watch won't charge at all

  • Make sure that the back of the Bark Watch and the charging cable are clean.

  • Reposition the charging cable on the back of the watch. When the magnets align correctly, the watch face will show it's charging.

  • Try a different magnetic charging cable and a different charging brick.

  • If none of the above works, review this guide for information on replacements.
