When you connect the Bark Watch to its charging cable, a charging battery icon should appear on the screen. If it doesn't, try the steps below.

Watch shows slow charging message
This could be caused by:
Dust or dirt on the charging port. Try cleaning it.
The magnetic pins being slightly out of place. Try repositioning the cable on the port.
Using a cable other than the one that came with the watch. Try the original cable.
The cable being plugged into a computer USB port or low-power device. Plug the charging brick directly into a wall outlet instead.
Watch won't charge at all
Make sure that the back of the Bark Watch and the charging cable are clean.
Reposition the charging cable on the back of the watch. When the magnets align correctly, the watch face will show it's charging.
Try a different magnetic charging cable and a different charging brick.
