Set the watch flat on the charging puck, with the back centered on it. The magnets should hold it in place. Remove any bulky case that keeps the watch from sitting flat on the puck.

Clean the back of the watch and the puck with a soft, dry cloth. Dirt can block charging.

Use the cable that came with the watch, or an approved replacement. The Samsung model does not come with a wall adapter, so plug the cable into a wall adapter you own or a computer. If it is plugged into a computer or a low-power port and will not charge, try a wall adapter instead.

Give it a few minutes. If the battery was fully drained, it can take a little while before the screen shows it is charging.

If the watch still will not turn on, restart it. Press and hold the Home button and the Back button at the same time for about 7 seconds, until the watch restarts.

Clean the charging port on the back of the watch and the charging cable. Dust or dirt can block charging.

Reposition the magnetic cable on the back of the watch. When the pins line up, the watch face shows it is charging. Lay the watch face down for an easier connection.

Use the cable that came with the watch or an approved replacement. A different cable may not work.

Plug the charging brick directly into a wall outlet, not a computer USB port or a low-power device.

If it still will not charge, try a different charging brick.

If the watch will not turn on, press and hold the top side button for about 20 seconds, until it restarts.
