Back up or import contacts
This tutorial walks you through the basics of the Contacts app on Android, including adding, editing, grouping, and syncing contacts.
For syncing across devices, check out Google's guide on syncing contacts. If you log into the same Google account on any Android, your contacts will sync automatically.
Back up or import photos and documents
Cloud storage
Many free cloud storage platforms can back up photos, videos, and files from both iPhones and Androids:
SD card
The latest Bark Phone and Bark Phone Pro comes with 128GB of internal memory storage (not including the storage taken up by the system). If you'd like to add more storage, you can add an SD card to the Bark Phone (but not the Bark Phone Pro): How to add an SD card to a Bark Phone
If that SD card already has your photos, videos, contacts, etc., it can be easy to access that data on the phone. Just use the
My Files app!
You can also transfer data from the SD card to a computer (or vice versa) using a USB cable.
USB file transfer method
You'll need a Windows or Mac computer and the phone's charging cable.

Don't see the Android's files on the right? Try clicking the 🔃 refresh button on the top toolbar.

If prompted, sign in with your kid's Google account. Having trouble? Use this guide.
Tap the
profile icon on the right.Tap Manage apps & device > Manage.

Back up or import Bark Phone text messages
Whether you’re upgrading or replacing your Bark Phone, you can export text messages and import them into your new Bark Phone. Learn how.
Switching between Android and iPhone?
Check out Google's guide on switching to a new Android or Apple's guide on switching to a new iPhone.
Note: The "Move to iOS" app won't work on a Bark Phone because it requires disabling the VPN, which the Bark Phone doesn't allow. You can still transfer files using the other methods listed above.
