Your child can listen to music and podcasts on the Bark Phone two ways: by streaming with an app like Spotify, or by transferring audio files from a computer.

Connect the Bark Phone to your computer using their charging cable.
If you're prompted to allow your computer to access your phone data, tap Allow. If this window doesn't appear, that's fine, it may not show up if the phone has been connected before.
Swipe down from the top of the screen.
Tap the Android system notification that says Tap for other USB options.
Tap Transferring files.
Open File Explorer (Windows) or Android File Transfer (Mac) and click on the Galaxy device to open it.
Click into SD card if your child has one installed, or Internal storage if not.
Click on the folder you'd like to store music in.
Drag and drop or copy and paste any audio files into the folder. Large transfers may take a few minutes.
Once the transfer has complete, unplug the phone.
Your child can now play the music using the
My Files app on their Bark Phone.
