Cancel an order

If you accidentally placed an order and it hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it with these steps:

  1. Open up your parent app / dashboard.
  2. Tap Review your order.

    Don't see this? Then, tap on the ☰ More or v dropdown menu and then tap Account Settings. Scroll down to Orders.
  3. Tap Cancel order.

    No cancel button? Then, it may have already shipped out! You can start a return once you receive it.

Start a return

If you ever cancel your Bark account and are leasing a Bark Home, you'll automatically get a return label sent via email at the end of your paid subscription period. If you own your Bark Home, it's yours to keep!
