Bark Home is a small piece of hardware that you can plug into your home router in order to set screen time & web filtering rules on any internet-connected device in your home.

If you've successfully ordered the Bark Home device from Bark or Amazon, you will have received a confirmation email.

Purchased from Bark Site / App

If you purchased the Bark Home here, you will have received an email containing an order confirmation number beginning with BHO. If this applies to you, please reach out to Bark Support if you have questions about your order or if you need help using the Bark Home device.

Leased from Bark Site / App

If you leased the Bark Home from us, you will see the lease under your subscriptions in Account Settings, as seen in red in the example below. Purchased from Amazon

If you purchased the Bark Home from Amazon, you will have received a confirmation email from Amazon itself. You will also see Bark Home under your Orders in your Amazon account. If this applies to you, please reach out to Amazon Support if you have questions about your order (e.g. shipping, returns, refunds).
