How to remove a child or home profile

Bark supports child profiles (e.g. Charlie) or home profiles (e.g. shared devices) when helping you manage your family's devices and accounts. 

Here's how to permanently delete a profile's data, including connected accounts, devices, and alerts.

These are the kids you've added to Bark. They have a Screen Time tile under their name in your parent app / dashboard.

  1. On your kid's device, uninstall Bark if you haven't already.
  2. On your parent device, open up the Bark dashboard.
  3. Tap your kid's avatar at the top.
  4. Tap your kid's name:

  5. Tap Remove child.

Home profiles are found under the Bark Home on your parent app / dashboard with a 👋 or 🏠:

  1. On your kid's device, uninstall Bark if you haven't already.
  2. On your parent device, open up the Bark dashboard.
  3. Tap Bark Home at the top.
  4. Tap the home profile (e.g. Shared, Guest).
  5. Tap the name:
