Update the account holder's profile

When you sign up for a Bark account, we only ask for a parent email account and a unique password for Bark. You can also add your name, an avatar, as well as edit your email and password in your profile.

Update your parent profile

1. Open up your parent app / dashboard.
   • On the new UI, tap Account.
   • On the classic UI, tap the ˅ menu or ≡ More and then tap Account.
2. Scroll to find the field you would like to update. Below is a short summary of the options you'll see:
   • Profile picture
   • Name
   • Email
   • Time zone
   • Password
   • Orders (if you have ordered the Bark Home, Bark Phone, or Bark Watch)
   • Mobile plans (if you have a Bark Phone or Bark Watch)
   • Address
   • Billing
   • Referrals
3. Click on Update when you're done making your adjustments.
