A device code is a unique 6-digit number shown in your Bark dashboard. It’s used to connect the Bark Kids app or unlock protected features.
💡 Only use this code if Bark Support asks you to, or if you’re actively supervising your child for more than 5 minutes while they access a restricted setting.
Find your Device Code(s)
On your parent device, open up your parent app / dashboard.
Tap this link to jump right to your children's device codes.
On your kid's device, enter in the device code if needed. (If device codes are used to access protected features, the system will automatically re-lock those features after 5 minutes.)

On your parent device, open up your parent app / dashboard.
Tap
Account.
Tap Get a device code.
On your kid's device, enter in the device code if needed. (If device codes are used to access protected features, the system will automatically re-lock those features after 5 minutes.)
Unable to resolve host "www.bark.us": No address associated with hostname
This error message means your kid's device has no internet access. Check the following:
Check your kid's device is connected to Mobile Data and if possible, Wi-Fi.
Check whether you accidentally Paused the Internet on their device.
Check whether you accidentally blocked their internet access through your cell phone or internet service provider(s).
