Did I accidentally start monitoring myself (the parent)?

Check your phone and dashboard to make sure only your child's accounts and devices are connected for monitoring

Here's how to check if you accidentally set up monitoring on your own device or accounts:

  1. Check your phone or tablet
    Look at the apps installed on your phone or tablet. If you installed the Bark Kids icon Bark Kids app, go ahead and uninstall it. That app should only go on your kid's device!

  2. Check the Bark parent app
    Open up your parent app / dashboard and tap on each profile > Apps. If you see your personal email account(s) or social media account(s) connected for monitoring, remove them.
