It's easy to tell if you accidentally started monitoring yourself. Let's check a few places:
Your phone or tablet
Look at the apps installed on your phone or tablet. If you installed theBark Kids app, go ahead and uninstall it. That app should only go on your kid's device!
The Bark parent app
Open up your parent app / dashboard and tap on each profile > Apps. If you see your personal email account(s) or social media account(s) connected for monitoring, remove them.
