How to make sure you’re getting emails from Bark

When Bark detects a potential problem, we'll send you an alert email from bark.us.

If you've accidentally blocked or marked these emails as spam, here's how you can fix that on some common email platforms.

We suggest following these steps on a computer.

  1. Log into gmail.com.
  2. Click ⚙ Settings on the top right, then select See all Settings.
  3. Navigate to the tab labeled Filtered and Blocked Addresses.
  4. Click Create a new filter and enter bark.us.
  5. When you're done, click on Create filter.
  6. Checkmark Never send to Spam and Apply to existing conversations. (You can also choose to Star these emails, apply a given label, or mark them as important.)mceclip1.png

We suggest following these steps on a computer.

  1. Log into outlook.com.
  2. Click Settings on the top right.
  3. Select View All Outlook Settings towards the bottom.
  4. Click Mail on the left and then click on Junk Email.
  5. Under Safe Senders and Domains, click on the +Add button.
  6. Type in bark.us to allow emails from Bark.

  1. Log into yahoo.com.
  2. Click ⚙ Settings on the top right, then click on ... More Settings.
  3. Select Filters on the left, then +Add new filters.
  4. Add Bark to the From: section, select Inbox as the folder, and click Save. mceclip1.png
