Prevent Bark Kids from being affected by battery settings on Palm devices

Battery settings on your child's Palm device could be impacting Bark. Tired of keeping track of all your kid’s settings? Try our new Bark Phone — it’s not impacted by battery settings!

In the meantime, here’s how to check these settings on your kid's Palm.

1. On your kid's Android, open the ⚙ Settings app.
2. Tap Battery.
3. Tap Advanced Settings.
4. Tap Sleep and turn it off.
   
5. Then, tap < back until you reach the Battery settings again.
6. Turn on Background Data Sync.
   
7. Tap Never Optimize.
8. Add Bark to never be affected by battery settings.
