The Bark for Schools application needs to be installed on the top level of your domain with access granted for everyone.
Though we require this level of permission we will not actively monitor all of your organizational units/groups.
Once the application is set up you will need to turn on the organizational units/groups you would like for us to monitor within your Bark for Schools dashboard.
- Log in as the Bark for Schools super admin.
- Access your school's Monitoring Settings via the menu on the top right.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and toggle on the organizational units/groups that need to be monitored. This will then monitor that organizational unit's emails and documents. Conversely, if a particular organizational unit / group does not need to be monitored, toggle off that particular group.
