Watch shows slow charging message

This could be because:

  • There is dust or dirt on the charging port. Try cleaning it.
  • The magnetic pins are slightly out of place. Try re-adjusting the cable on the port.
  • The charging cable you're using may not be the one that came with your watch. Try using the one that came with the watch.
  • The watch cable is plugged into a computer USB port or other device that doesn't have as much power. Try plugging in the watch charger into the charging brick that came with the watch. Then plug the charging brick into a wall outlet.

  • Make sure that the back of the Bark Watch and the charging cable are clean.
  • Reposition the charging cable on the back of the Bark Watch. When the charger's magnets align correctly with the watch, the watch face will show it's charging.
