Airplane Mode is turned off and blocked by default on the Bark Phone and the Schok Bark Watch. This helps the settings you set as a parent reach the device quickly and reliably.
The Samsung Bark Watch is the exception and cannot have it blocked from the dashboard.
In some regions like the European Union, Airplane Mode isn't required on flights, so your child can keep using their device in the air without it. In other regions, you can allow Airplane Mode temporarily from your parent app:
Open up your parent app / dashboard.
Tap your kid's profile.
Scroll down and tap ā Other.
Turn on Allow airplane mode.
Your child can then enable Airplane Mode:
āOn Bark Phone, they slide their finger down from the top of their screen twice and tap on Airplane Mode.
On Bark Watch (Schok model), they short-press the top side button, then slide their finger down from the top of the screen and tap on Airplane Mode. Note: You may need to temporarily allow the Settings app to do this.
Once the flight lands, remember to turn off Allow airplane mode in your parent app.
