If screen time protection has been disrupted on your child's Android phone or tablet, get connected again by following this guide:
Open the Bark Kids app on their device.
If prompted, allow the VPN. Otherwise, the VPN will reconnect on its own.
Wait a few minutes and/or restart the device.
Screen time protection should now have resumed!

Turn off Private DNS.
(Settings > Network > Advanced > enter device code > Private DNS > off)Turn off Secure DNS.
(Chrome app > 3-line menu > Settings > Privacy > Use secure DNS > off)Check that Always-on VPN is turned on for Bark.
(Settings > Network > VPN)Check that notifications are turned on for Bark.
(Settings > Apps > Bark > enter device code > Notifications > turn on all notifications)Wait a few minutes and/or restart the device.
Screen time protection should now have resumed!
If you're still running into trouble, then uninstall and reinstall the Bark Kids app.

Monitor device health from your parent app.
āCheck the phone for any third-party VPN apps, which can interfere with Bark's VPN.
āIf you use Google Family Link, add Bark as an always-allowed app.
