Turn off Secure DNS on Chromebook

If websites and apps aren't being blocked on your child's Chromebook, check whether Secure DNS is enabled.

1. On your child's Chromebook, click the time on the bottom.
2. Click on ⚙ Settings.
3. Select Security & Privacy on the left.
4. Turn off Secure DNS (or turn off "Use secure connections to look up sites").
   
5. Also, be sure to disable Guest Mode.
