How it works
Add a Custom case to your Bark Phone order or through the Accessories Store.
After you buy, you'll get an email with a link to design your case. You have 2 months to use the link before it expires.
Once you submit your design, your case will arrive in 3–5 business days.
Note: Custom cases ship separately from other Bark products and won't have a tracking link in your account settings.
Issue with your case?
Custom cases are non-refundable, but there are a few exceptions. If you have a problem, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll be happy to discuss your options.
✅ We can help if:
The print has a defect
The print used artwork that was different from what you uploaded
Your case arrived broken or damaged
Your order got lost in the mail
❌ We can't help if:
You uploaded artwork that was the wrong size or low quality
You changed your mind
