During the first-time setup, you'll install the Bark for Schools app at your domain's top level and grant access to everyone. Though we need this permission, we won't monitor all your accounts by default. Instead, you will select which organizational units/groups to monitor in your Bark for Schools dashboard.
Log in as a Bark for Schools super admin.
Access your school's Monitoring Settings via the menu on the top right.
All organizational units/groups are toggled off by default. Toggle them on to monitor that group's emails and documents. Keep in mind:
Turning on top-level groups will not automatically switch on sub-groups, meaning each unit needs to be turned on individually.
OUs added or removed in Google Workspace may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the OUs Bark displays.
