If websites and apps aren't being blocked on your child's Chromebook, check whether Secure DNS is enabled.
On your child's Chromebook, click the time on the bottom.
Click on â Settings.
Select Security & Privacy on the left.
Turn off Secure DNS (or turn off "Use secure connections to look up sites").
Also, be sure to disable Guest Mode.
