In the meantime, here’s how to check these settings on your kid's Palm.
On your kid's Android, open the ⚙ Settings app.
Tap Battery.
Tap Advanced Settings.
Tap Sleep and turn it off.
Then, tap < back until you reach the Battery settings again.
Turn on Background Data Sync.
Tap Never Optimize.
Add Bark to never be affected by battery settings.
