Turn off Secure DNS on the Silk browser
On your kid's Amazon Fire, open the
Internet app (Silk browser).
Tap the ⋮ three dots on the top right.
Tap Settings.
Tap Privacy and security.
Tap Use secure DNS.
Turn off Secure DNS.
