The Find Phone or Watch button disappeared from the dashboard

The Find Phone or Watch button disappears when service is canceled or suspended due to a billing issue.

When you set up a Bark Phone or Bark Watch, a Find Phone or Find Watch button appears under your child's profile in your parent app or dashboard.

This button will disappear when:

  • The Bark Phone or Watch service is canceled or the device is returned.
    ​

  • Service is suspended due to too many failed payment attempts.

To restore service after a billing issue:

  • Go to your account settings.

  • Tap Update billing info and enter your payment information, even if it's the same as before.

  • Once your account is back in good standing, service will resume.
    ​

  • Check if the button has returned. If not, open the Bark app on the Bark Phone or Watch and look for a setup QR code to re-pair the device. It may take a few minutes or a restart to appear.
