Get a new password
On your parent device, go to bark.us/login.
Are you a school administrator? Log in on the top right of bark.us/schools instead. If you forgot your Google Workspace or Office365 password, contact your school's IT department.
Tap Forgot password.
Enter your email and click Reset my password.
If there is an account associated with that email address, Bark will send you password reset instructions within 5 minutes.
Once you reset your password, all active sessions will be logged out, which is useful if you need to forcefully log out any devices that may have access to your account. For example, if your child has logged into your account on their phone, this will log them out as well.
Not getting the reset email?
Make sure you're receiving emails from Bark.
Check your spam or junk folder.
Double-check that you entered your email correctly in the reset password form.
If you're on your phone, try on a computer, or vice versa.
Still need help?
The email you're using may not be the primary Bark account email. Check with your co-parent or family members to confirm which email and password are used to log in.
Note: You can receive alert emails without being the primary account holder, but only the primary account's email and password can be used to log in.
