When Bark detects a potential issue, we send you an alert email from bark.us. If those emails are going to spam or getting blocked, here's how to fix it on common email platforms.
Gmail

We recommend doing this on a computer.
Log into gmail.com.
Click ⚙ Settings on the top right, then select See all Settings.
Navigate to the tab labeled Filtered and Blocked Addresses.
Click Create a new filter and enter bark.us.
When you're done, click on Create filter.
Checkmark Never send to Spam and Apply to existing conversations. (You can also choose to Star these emails, apply a given label, or mark them as important.)
Outlook

Log into outlook.com.
Click ⚙ Settings on the top right.
Select View All Outlook Settings towards the bottom.
Click Mail on the left and then click on Junk Email.
Under Safe Senders and Domains, click on the +Add button.
Type in bark.us to allow emails from Bark.

Log into yahoo.com.
Click ⚙ Settings on the top right, then click on ... More Settings.
Select Filters on the left, then +Add new filters.
Add Bark to the From: section, select Inbox as the folder, and click Save.
