No need to order one! Every Bark Phone comes with a physical SIM card pre-installed, and the Bark Watch comes with an eSIM pre-installed. If you enroll an iPhone or Android in our family wireless plans, it will also use an eSIM with no physical SIM card required.
ā ļø Never swap out the SIM card on a Bark Phone. If it detects the wrong SIM, it may gray out all apps.
ā° Lost your Bark Phone's SIM card?
Since SIM cards are built into Bark Phones, you'll need to order a replacement Bark Phone. Your old device can still be used as a regular Samsung phone, just wait until you've set up your new replacement device, then under Account Settings > Deactivated Devices > select Unlock.
