No need to order one! Every Bark Phone comes with a physical SIM card pre-installed, and the Bark Watch comes with an eSIM pre-installed. If you enroll an iPhone or Android in our family wireless plans, it will also use an eSIM — no physical SIM card required.
Important: Never swap out the SIM card on a Bark Phone. If it detects an incorrect SIM, it may gray out all apps.
Lost your Bark Phone's SIM card?
Since SIM cards are built into Bark Phones, you'll need to order a replacement Bark Phone. Your old device can still be used as a regular Samsung phone — just send us a request to have the Bark software removed.
