You can connect with us on a live chat by following this guide.

Yes, we offer live chat for Bark Phone, Bark Watch, and Bark Premium customers! For all other customers, we offer email and phone support.

Here's how to start a live chat:

  1. Open up your parent app / dashboard.

  2. Tap ā” Support.

  3. Tap Chat with Bark Assistant.

  4. Our virtual assistant can answer common questions and share some account details.

  5. If you’d like to chat with a person, just ask! (ie. type "talk to a human" within our live chat hours)

If you reach out outside of live chat hours or close the chat window, our team will follow up with you by email.
