How to remove a Bark Home or router from your account

This article will show you the steps on how to remove the Bark Home from your account.

🛑 This will unpair the Bark Home or router from your Bark account.

Please only do this if you are returning your Bark Home or router to the original place of purchase, or if you have been directed to do this by the Bark Support team.

If you are returning your Bark Home or router to the original place of purchase, or if you have been directed to do this by the Bark Support team, then follow these steps to delete the Bark Home:


New UI

  1. Open up your parent app / dashboard.
  2. Tap bark home profile at top.svg In-Home Wi-Fi. 
  3. Tap Hardware.

  4. Tap the arrow next to the Bark Home device.
  5. Scroll down and tap Remove from account. mceclip0.png

Classic UI

  1. Open up your parent app / dashboard.
  2. Tap bark home profile at top.svg Bark Home at the top.
  3. Tap the Bark Home.
