If you have lost, traded in, or retired a device, make sure you delete it from your Bark dashboard — this way you won’t get alerts about it no longer working with Bark.

New UI
- Open up your parent app / dashboard.
- Tap on your child's profile.
- Tap Devices at the top.
- Select the device your kid no longer uses.
- Tap Remove device.
Classic UI
- Open up your parent app / dashboard.
- Tap on your kid's avatar at the top.
- Tap Monitoring.
- Select the device your kid no longer uses.
- Tap on Stop monitoring.
- Tap Children on your app or dashboard.
- Tap on your kid's avatar at the top.
- Tap Screen Time.
- Tap the Devices tab at the top.
- Look to see if the device is deleted from here too.
- Device is not listed: Great, you're done!

Device is listed: Tap on the device. Then, tap the 💬 bubble on the top right and then on Remove device.
