If you've lost, traded in, or retired a device, remove it from your Bark dashboard to stop getting alerts about it.
Note: If you've returned a Bark Phone or Bark Watch and want it removed from your account, you'll need to contact us for help.

Open up your parent app / dashboard.
Tap on your child's profile.
Tap Devices at the top.
Select the device your child no longer uses.
Tap Remove device.
