If you have lost, traded in, or retired a particular device from use, remove it from your Bark dashboard to avoid future alerts about monitoring not working.
Deleting a Device
You can remove a device from your Bark account by following these steps:
STEP 1: Log in > scroll down to the applicable child or home profile > select Monitoring > Devices & Apps.
STEP 2: Click on the particular device you no longer have access to > select Stop Monitoring.
STEP 3: Go back to the dashboard > scroll down to the applicable child or home profile > select Screen Time > Devices. Look for the device here as well and if it's listed, proceed to Step 4. If it's not listed, then you're done!
STEP 4: Select the ... icon 💬 on the top right > Remove Device.
NOTE: If the device shows up again in your devices list, it means the device is still being detected. If you have Bark Home and wish to ignore the device instead, then follow these steps.
