How to Monitor Accounts and Devices

You get an unlimited number of apps and devices you can monitor with a Premium subscription, meaning you can monitor unlimited Android devices, unlimited Instagram accounts, and more. 


Monitor Phones, Tablets, and Computers

  1. Log in to your dashboard.
  2. Under the child, tap on the Monitoring tile > scroll down > +Add new device.
  3. Select the type of device you'd like to connect for monitoring. Below are guides with detailed instructions:

Monitor Email and Social Media

  1. Log in to your dashboard.
  2. Under the child, tap on the Monitoring tile > scroll down > +Add new app.
  3. Click the type of social media or email account you'd like to connect to Bark.
  4. Choose your connection method.
     If you have their device right now, select I have my child's device to send a link to their device for connecting their accounts.
     Select I have my child's password if you know it. Enter that information when prompted.
    If you want to invite the child to connect themselves, choose My child will connect this account to send them text or email instructions. 
  5. During the connection process, click Allow if prompted. 
  6. Repeat these steps for any other accounts and devices your child has.

All done! 🎉

You can now see the connected accounts and devices on your dashboard under that child's profile under Monitoring. You can review alerts, manage your account, and more via this dashboard on your computer or mobile device.
