Important: Bark automatically deletes old files to save storage space, so you only need to follow these steps if directed by the Bark support team. If you're unsure, contact us before proceeding.
Where iOS monitoring files are stored
The files will be in one of these two folders:
C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\iMazing
C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\Bark
Delete old iOS monitoring files
Quit Bark.
On the taskbar, select the ^ menu, click on Bark, and select Exit Bark.Open File Explorer.
Click on This PC on the left.
Double-click the (C:) drive that is usually called either OS (C:) or Windows (C:).
Double-click Users.
Double-click your PC username (for me, it'd be "Paola").
Double-click AppData.
AppData not shown? Here's how to view hidden files for Windows 11 or Windows 8-10.
Double-click Roaming.
Single-click the iMazing folder.
Right-click the iMazing folder and select Delete.
Right-click the Bark folder and select Delete.
Double-click the Apple Computer folder.
Double-click the MobileSync folder.
Double-click the Backup folder.
Is an iMazing.Versions folder present? If so, right-click on iMazing.Versions folder and select Delete. Otherwise, skip this step.
Set up iOS monitoring again.
