If your child's Google Play Store app is missing from their Bark Phone, it's an easy fix.
- On your parent app / dashboard, tap Bark Phone under your kid.
- Tap App Store.
- Set Allow app store to Yes.
- Wait a few minutes for changes to take effect. Restarting the Bark Phone and connecting to Wi-Fi can help speed that along!
- If your kid's Bark Phone is on the Starter Plan, then upgrade your plan today to give your child access to the App Store and other apps as needed — completely customize your kids experience as they grow up with a smartphone!
Play Store is still missing?
If after trying the above steps, the Play Store is still missing from the apps on your kid's Bark Phone, let's try this:
- Unlock your kid's Bark Phone and swipe up to view all apps.
- Tap the three dots on the top right > Sort.
- Tap Sort alphabetically. You should see the Play Store now! It may be under a Google folder.
- If the above doesn't work, try this:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Apps.
- Tap Google Play Store.
- Tap Open or Enable.
