Is my kid's Bark Phone or Watch turned off?

You can tell if a Bark Phone or Watch is turned off with this guide!


New UI

  1. Open up your parent app / dashboard.
  2. If you see an ⚡ Off symbol under your child's profile, the Bark Phone or Bark Watch is turned off. 
  3. You can also see the last time we'd heard from the device by clicking into their profile > Devices.

Classic UI

  1. Open up your parent app / dashboard.
  2. Tap your kid's avatar at the top.
  3. If you see an Off badge on the Bark Phone or Watch tile, the device is turned off.
  4. You can also double-check that monitoring is working on the device by tapping the Bark Phone or Watch tile and looking at the Last analyzed information.
